Practice Membership

New England Medicine is an internal medicine practice serving adults age 18 and older through a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model designed to support a more personal and accessible relationship with your physician.

Instead of billing insurance for each visit, patients pay a recurring membership fee that supports ongoing, relationship-based primary care directly with Dr. Leland Hull. This model allows for longer visits when needed, easier communication, and more proactive, individualized care.

Membership includes preventive care, chronic condition management, prompt evaluation of new concerns, care coordination with specialists and hospital teams, secure virtual care, and communication between visits. Same- or next-business-day availability is often available for urgent concerns when clinically appropriate.

The practice is intentionally small in order to provide continuity, flexibility, and a high level of individualized attention. Additional conveniences include early morning and limited evening availability, dedicated onsite parking, and onsite blood draws when appropriate.

Membership details, expectations around communication and access, and overall practice fit are reviewed during an introductory meet-and-greet visit.
