This model is intentionally designed to prioritize time, continuity, and clinical judgment—so care feels clear, personal, and thoughtfully delivered.

About Leland E. Hull, MD, MPH
I founded New England Medicine to practice in a model of care that supports how I believe medicine should be practiced.
My approach to medicine is grounded in two principles: curiosity and ownership.
I am curious about my patients—their symptoms, histories, and the patterns that emerge over time rather than across isolated visits. I believe excellent primary care comes from asking thoughtful questions, revisiting assumptions, and remaining engaged beyond a single appointment.
Equally important is ownership. I take personal responsibility for my patients’ care across time, partnering with them through prevention, acute concerns, and chronic illness. New England Medicine was intentionally designed to make this possible—centered on time, continuity, and long-term physician–patient relationships, rather than insurance-driven constraints.
