About Dr. Hull
Before founding New England Medicine Direct Primary Care, Dr. Hull practiced academic internal medicine and conducted clinical research at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Her work focused on primary care, preventive genetics, implementation science, and the integration of evidence-based advances into everyday medical care.
Over time, she became increasingly drawn back to the heart of primary care: knowing patients well, listening carefully, thinking deeply, coordinating thoughtfully, and being available when medical questions or concerns arise. She also wanted to invest more locally—to care for patients in the community she calls home and to build a practice where continuity is central.
New England Medicine was created around that vision: relationship-based medicine close to home, with the time, access, and independence required to do it well.
Dr. Hull’s academic background remains central to her approach. It trained her to be rigorous with evidence, thoughtful about new tests and treatments, and careful in coordinating with specialists and hospital teams. New England Medicine is a small, modern primary care practice designed for thorough care, clear communication, and long-term partnership—so patients feel known, supported, and cared for over time.
